P40 is a sulphur free de-aired modelling compound. This modelling clay has been de-airing, which removes 90% of entrapped air, gives a more dense and compact product.

This clay is formulated to meet the exacting requirements of the automotive, pattern, industrial design and model industries. Heat to approximately 60°C for best results. Cooling will be very slow, allowing a long period to work.

It exhibits excellent qualities of adhesion and cohesion.

Can be carved, extruded and slicked to an extremely accurate, glass-like finish. Brown in colour. A small test may be required for curing of silicones.
